Digital Products (Templates): Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds once a template has been purchased and the download link provided. However, if you experience technical issues with the file (e.g., corruption, incompleteness) or if the product is significantly not as described, please contact us within [Number] days of purchase with details of the issue, and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include providing a corrected file or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Online Appointments: Appointments may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. If PathToPostgrad needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.
